Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
